Notification (for speakers at the workshop)

If you are a speaker at the workshop, please, send a notification of participation to karen.declercq@ugent.be or anne.breitbart@ugent.be by 15 June.

There will be a social dinner on Thursday 29 September at Komkommertijd (Vegetarian restaurant). Please, register before 27 September by sending an email to karen.declercq@ugent.be if you want to join for dinner. 

Registration (for non-speakers attending the workshop)

Registration is open. Please send an email to or , if you would like to attend the workshop. The registration fee is 30€. You can register until 1 September 2011 and attach a proof of payment. (e.g. screen print from your online banking, copy of credit card payment form (see below).

You can pay the registration fee by bank transfer or credit card.

 

Bank transfer

For a bank transfer, you will need the university's bank account number (IBAN) and sort code (Swift/BIC code) as well as the message given below. The latter is particularly important, as without it, your payment will not reach us.

Please note that the length (number of digits) of the IBAN and BIC codes varies from country to country. Speak to your bank if you encounter any problems; usually, you will have to 'fill up' extra places with Xs or 0s.
