Registration

Registration is now open. Please send an email to reikovermeulen(at)ugent.be or amelie.rocquet (at)ugent.be stating that you would like to participate and attach a proof that you have paid the registration fee (e.g. screen print from your online banking, copy of credit card payment form (see below).

You can pay the registration fee by bank transfer or credit card. Until 30 April 2011, the fee is €30, after that, €40.

 

Bank transfer

For a bank transfer, you will need the university's bank account number (IBAN) and sort code (Swift/BIC code) as well as the message given below. The latter is particularly important, as without it, your payment will not reach us.

Please note that the length (number of digits) of the IBAN and BIC codes varies from country to country. Speak to your bank if you encounter any problems; usually, you will have to 'fill up' extra places with Xs or 0s.
